We don't have product managers standing between engineers and customers. We don't have layers of approval for design decisions. If you own something, you're responsible for understanding the problem, exploring solutions, and shipping something that works. That's the whole job.

Default to writing

We're async-first, which means we write things down. Project briefs, meeting notes, decision logs — everything important is documented. We think writing is a forcing function for clear thinking, and we make space for it.

Customer obsession

Every engineer, designer, and data scientist has access to customer calls, support tickets, and usage data. We believe proximity to the customer is a competitive advantage, not just a sales responsibility.
